Q: How can I check expiration date?
Unopened products usually have shelf life of 1-3 years and Korean skincare & makeup products usually have the expiration date on the packaging. We rigorously check the expiration dates to guarantee the freshness of our products. Some products may have a manufacturing date instead of an expiration date. Q: How can I get free shipping?
We have Free Standard Shipping available for U.S. domestic orders over $50. Please note that free shipping is applied after discount codes have been applied and some restrictions may apply. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

 

Q: When will my order ship?
We work hard to deliver your products as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), depending on the product availability. To learn more about our shipping policy, please click here.

Q: When will I receive my order?
As soon as we ship your order, we will email tracking numbers to you with the order details and shipment tracking numbers. 

Q: Can I make changes or cancel my order?
After the payment is accepted, the order is confirmed and processing begins upon order confirmation. Therefore, changes cannot be made once order is placed. We will make a reasonable effort to assist you. Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can. We accept returns by mail within 17 days of purchase if the item is not used, unopened, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. To learn more about our return policy, please click here.

Q: I received a broken/damaged item. What should I do?
If you received a broken/damaged item in transit, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at shine17llc@gmail.com for assistance.
